Role Overview

You will be part of a project that completely renews our talent acquisition and onboarding process. Your responsibilities include creating a superior new‑hire experience, identifying and engaging recruitment vendors, and managing end‑to‑end collaboration with them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real‑time problem analysis for equipment alarms, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, defect failure, FDC failure and other issues; liaise with all parties, study past cases, and determine effective solutions.
• Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures and develop user‑friendly tools, process specifications, and clear procedures, including TPM.
• Report all basic inline investigations in real time to relevant owners with full details.
• Respond to Lots on Hold, disposition lots immediately, and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
