Position Summary
Bowdoin College’s Department of Education invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty appointment in Education beginning July 1, 2027. Applicants at the Assistant and Associate level are encouraged to apply. The position subfield is open with a preference for candidates with a background in mathematics or data science and whose research involves Learning Sciences with a distinct focus on the development and role of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching and learning. Bowdoin is particularly interested in candidates dedicated to undergraduate teaching and with a promise of long-term successful research.
