Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities within the assigned plant area, ensuring all work orders are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and documentation standards.
- Lead activity-based monitoring to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to operational requirements.
- Oversee the inventory, control, and monitoring of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring their availability, proper usage, safekeeping, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, safety practices, and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
