We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our real estate portfolio and retail expansion activities. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who wants to build a career in real estate operations, working closely with senior team members and gaining exposure to landlord relations, market analysis, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of relationships with landlords and stakeholders, handling day-to-day communication and follow-ups.
Assist in the coordination between the central operational teams and the local teams.
Support the rollout of commercial strategy and brand adaptation across our shopping centers, including coordination of on-site details and documentation.
