Job Description

Job Summary
  • Provides essential administrative and clerical support to HSE department.
  • Provides necessary support in terms of documentation and record keeping for activities related to HSE.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile, prepare and submit daily attendance timesheet records for all HSE personnel in a timely manner.
  • Administer and follow up on all Purchase and Service requests with relevant dept arising from HSE related items.
  • Monitor and replenish inventories of basic stationeries required for daily HSE operations.
  • File, scan and organize physical and digital dept records and ensuring data privacy compliance.
  • Prepare and facilitate onboard and offboarding of HSE staff.
  • Registration and security clearance for all visitors to HSE department.
  • Ensuring all payments for items and services rendered to HSE promptly handled in due fashion.
Key Requirements
