Assistant Manager – User Engagement
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You‘ll Do:
Build and execute end-to-end user engagement strategies that move the needle on activation, retention, and revenue. Specifically, you‘ll:
- Own the full user lifecycle — onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back — through in-app messaging, push, email, and other channels
- Design and run push notification campaigns that users actually want to open
- Dig into behavioural data (DAU/MAU, session length, retention cohorts, funnel drop-offs) to find what‘s working, what isn‘t, and what to try next
- Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, UI/UX, and user flows to compound small wins into big ones
- Partner with content, design, and engineering to ship experiences that match what users actually want
