Job Responsibilities

• Supervises and guides junior testers in meeting objectives.
• Attends to enquiries and provides advice and support to branch offices, colleagues from other departments, system users, and vendors.
• Attends product, system, and regulatory meetings with assessment and initiates proposed enhancements.
• Plans, coordinates, and performs user acceptance testing of new products and system enhancements, including requirement and defect management for on-time implementation; attends and initiates MIS extraction to support reporting, performance monitoring, and statistical analysis.
• Evaluates and monitors defect‑fixing status with rectification and solutioning to minimize impact on daily business processing and implementation.
• Coordinates, advises, and updates functional HODs and leads on enhancement requirements, prioritization, implementation, and impact analysis to meet business objectives.
