What you will do
We are looking for a dynamic Part‑Time Assistant Manager to support the guest experience and theatre operations at Cineplex.
- Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees.
- Manage the guest experience – ensure each guest who visits the facility is satisfied and excited about their next visit.
- Assist with managing the theatre budget and growing revenue.
- Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s premier film exhibition company.
Qualifications
- Strong communication (oral & written), organizational, management and leadership skills required to lead a theatre.
- Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong computer aptitude.
- Ability to initiate innovative and creative sales and food‑service activities.
- Safe food handling certification is an asset.
