You will be Supporting the Special Products Group’s application engineering team for projects & MRO in AP & KOB1 from Fisher Chennai Engineering Center. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Manage the FCEC team and Co-Ordinate with the Singapore SPG team on day-to-day work.
+ Team Development & Coaching - Mentorship and guide team members to achieve their full potential through continuous feedback and growth opportunities.
+ Support the Functional Leader on the team’s goals and priorities that are aligned with organizational objectives, driving performance and business outcomes.
+ Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that promotes trust, respect, and employee engagement.
