Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Develops and execution of strategies and business plans to build portfolio sales and revenue.
- Drives and implements initiatives and campaign to enhance the performance of sales teams.
- Review, develop and execute retention plans to ensure healthy secured lending product portfolio.
- Initiate and execute revenue, cost savings and fee income strategies.
- Identifies key objectives, financial and other performance measures.
- Establish strategic partnerships and synergies to drive portfolio growth.
Business Performance and Management
- Drives P&L growth and customer portfolio growth for secured lending products.
