Reporting to the Store Manager, this Assistant Manager role's main responsibility is to optimise the IKEA shopping experience in your shop and store to secure satisfied customers and increase sales. The role involves motivating and inspiring the department team using knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, the local market, and IKEA customers to improve their overall shopping experience. The shopkeeper optimises sales and profitability of the department through follow‑up, analysis, and action.

Responsibilities
