Should handle entire Utility as Shift lead
Key Responsibilities
To monitor shift operations
•To monitor operations and maintenance activities for utilities and facility.
• To authorize PM checklists and ensure that PM is carried out as per approved schedule
• To ensure that annual maintenance is carried out as per the approved schedule
• To plan for procurement of spares and consumables in the department.
• Identify proper training needs in the department
• Inventory management.
• Ensure all equipment are operated and maintained as per manufacturer's recommendation.
• Planning and execution of different types of maintenance of equipment and its accessories in co-ordination with users.
• Preparation of equipment qualification
• Issue of quality documents for data entry.
• Report generation for utilities.
