Business Title: Assistant Manager - Reliability & Maintenance
Reporting to: Assistant General Manager - Maintenance
Role Purpose Statement:
β’ To attend Day to day preventive, planned, Shutdown as well as breakdown maintenance
Main Accountabilities:
β’ Translates the organization's business goals into appropriate Maintenance, Reliability and Life Cycle Cost goals that support and contribute to the organization's business results. To carry out this responsibility.
β’ Uses the facility Mission Statement to articulate a Mission and Vision statement for the Maintenance and Reliability function.
β’ Creates tactical and strategic plans for achieving the mission.
β’ Prepares and presents the business case for plan implementation.
