E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering8+ years of relevant experience Proven experience managing 60+ Inspection Engineers Strong expertise in project execution, shutdowns, manpower planning, and client management Knowledge of piping, structures, tanks, and equipment inspection standards and codes Strong leadership, vendor management, and operational planning skills Excellent documentation and compliance experience Willingness to work at project sites for extended durationsPreferred Certification: ASNT Level II (RT, UT, PT, MT/MPI)
