Job Summary
Darson Industries is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager Production (Tyre & Tube) to oversee production operations, improve process efficiency and ensure consistent product quality while achieving departmental performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure effective process control and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
