Perform risk management of procurement contracts and agreements to have long term savings on procurement costs Discover cost effective suppliers and negotiate to secure advantageous terms Tracking of incoming supplies and delivery times to manage expectations in terms of quality and lead times Analyzing the quality of goods & services by tracking metrics such as defect rates, rejection of goods & services with the aim to reduce cost & improve effectiveness Finalize details of Purchase Order & Delivery Times Ensure timely delivery of items procured Maintain database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices & supplier quantity Qualification Bachelors / Masters in Supply Chain Management or relevant Required Skills Interpersonal and Communication skills Negotiation & Decision Making Skills Strong knowledge of the local market Computer/MS Office proficiency. (This may be tested) Experience Minimum 4-5 years’ of relevant work experience
