Overview

The HVAC Assistant Manager – Procurement is responsible for managing the procurement of HVAC equipment, spare parts, and materials required for projects and maintenance operations. The role involves supplier management, cost negotiation, purchase planning, and ensuring timely delivery of HVAC materials while maintaining quality and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of HVAC equipment and materials such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, compressors, motors, copper pipes, ducts, valves, filters, and refrigerants .
• Prepare and review RFQs (Request for Quotations) and technical specifications.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and select vendors based on price, quality, delivery time, and compliance .
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) .
