Assistant Manager – Processing (Mandarin Speaker)

The role involves supporting the Manager and leading the team to efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Principal responsibilities

• Take a leading role in supporting the Manager to ensure the team runs effectively and efficiently day‑to‑day.
• Provide technical expertise to support colleagues as required.
• Monitor the trade enrichment for securities and cash instruments ensuring all exceptions are fully resolved with client/broker and any issues are fully documented within the system.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, non‑receipts and interest claims.
• Issue settlement instructions for trades to custodians within agreed timescales.
• Address queries from clients/brokers/custodians to ensure prompt resolution.
• Ensure relevant logs are maintained and managed appropriately to agreed service definitions.
