Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Accessories planning of domestic OEM as per BOM
  • Manufacturing unit wise accessories planning sheet to be prepared.
  • Get the accessories stock from MIS system & monitoring on daily basis.
  • Accessories PO generation to vendors based on planning sheet.
  • Follow up for accessories with each vendor on daily basis for domestic OEM to avoid any shortage
  • Coordination with warehouse in-charge & vendor in case any discrepancy found in Invoice
  • Coordination work with IQC, Logistic, Procurement & Costing teams.
  • Keep the MSL of all accessories as per defined numbers
  • Report generated for vendor performance.
  • Vendor report card based on PDC.
  • MSL update of all accessories in System (F9), Accountability.
  • Answer to queries of Suppliers by email
  • Excess, Slow moving and Dead inventory report of accessories to HOD.
