Project Coordination and Planning

Assist in planning and execution of projects such as store renovations, upgrades, and new outlet openings.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Monitor project progress, track timelines, and follow up on outstanding items.

Support site inspections and handovers.

Maintenance Management

Support day‑to‑day maintenance operations across outlets, including reactive and preventive maintenance.

Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues to minimise operational disruption.

Assist in scheduling and tracking preventive maintenance programmes.

Cost & Budget Control

Support cost monitoring for projects and maintenance works.

Assist in quotation comparison, purchase requests, and cost tracking.
