About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR professional to join our People Operations & Analytics team, contributing to our One Hitachi vision in driving integrated, data-driven workforce strategies across businesses and geographies. You’ll own the delivery of high-quality, scalable people operations for our Singapore office and regional teams — combining operational rigour with a strong focus on employee experience, compliance and workforce insights.
Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Business Partners, business leaders and external vendors, you’ll simplify processes, strengthen controls, and apply digital and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency and organisational impact.
