Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, DCS, PLC and automation.
- Lead plant turnarounds from committees, plan and run meetings to ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget execution.
- Perform root cause analysis for critical or recurring equipment issues, conduct hands‑on equipment repairs on site if needed.
- Oversee maintenance work requests via CMMS (NetSuite), manage spare parts (MRP, procurement, annual stock take).
- Support manager in annual CAPEX budgeting; schedule and implement CAPEX projects, propose reliability and sustainability improvements.
- Develop and schedule preventive/predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Production, HSSEI, Supply Chain, and Laboratory divisions.
