Asst Mgr - Machining Process Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Participating in process design, set up, implementation, and maintenance. Establishing process workbooks and set-up documentation; optimizing workflow and lead times by organization of work and machine set-ups. Reviewing existing processes and equipment, recommending and managing process improvement projects. Promoting and monitoring process use and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with relevant agencies and adherence to policies, practices and standards. Overseeing New product product ionisation activities from conceptualization to execution Capacity planning & Productivity Improvement by executing capacity ramp up plan considering the equipment, machines, tooling’s, jigs & fixture. Sustenance budget planning & execution Product ionisation of changes in existing products including CRE Capex / Revenue budget execution.
