Job Description
This role is expected to be able to provide professional legal services and support in day-to-day legal operations closely. The incumbent must be comfortable with in-house work and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. He/ she must have completed pupillage and called to the Malaysian Bar.
Responsibilities
- To do legal drafting and contract review tasks in the day-to-day operations of Mamee Group of Companies.
- To liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties as and when required.
- To provide day-to-day administrative and house-keeping support to the Legal Department.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Possess LLB and called to the Malaysian Bar.
- At least five (5) years of legal drafting and document reviewing experience, preferably three (3) years post-qualification experience in a law firm as part of a corporate team.
