Job Description
The Leasing Assistant Manager plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day leasing operations of Shoppes at Four Seasons Place shopping mall. This position assists with the execution of leasing strategies, coordination of tenant onboarding, maintaining tenant relationships, and supporting the overall goal of maximising occupancy and revenue. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of retail leasing.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Support
- Assist in sourcing and securing new tenants to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Conduct site tours with prospective tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Support lease negotiations and preparation of Letters of Offer (LOOs), tenancy agreements, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing files, prospect tracking, and deal documentation.
