Job Description
MR D.I.Y. Malaysia is seeking a Lease Renewal Manager to lead lease renewals for MR D.I.Y.
stores nationwide, negotiate with landlords, and safeguard the company's interests to ensure timely execution. You will review tenancy agreements, manage the Property Management System (PMS), maintain accurate tenancy data, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and operations teams and external solicitors to facilitate lease execution.
