Business Analyst/Consultant IV Java & React
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g., CHROs, CFOs, Payroll Heads).
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between client objectives and the value delivered by our platform.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive product adoption, program engagement, and account growth.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation.
- Ensure high client satisfaction, loyalty, and contract renewal.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features, products, or services within existing accounts.
