Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing the day to day restaurant operations.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor service quality to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Ensure Japanese dining standards presentation and hospitality are consistently followed.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Supervise motivate and support restaurant staff during shifts.
- Assist with recruitment onboarding and training of new employees.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and promote a welcoming dining experience.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.
- Respond to guest feedback and implement service improvements.
