Assistant Manager, IT PMO

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Asst. Manager to support the PMO function within Group IT. The ideal candidate will work closely with PMO lead to ensure effective delivery of IT projects, change requests, and data-driven insights. This role is pivotal in maintaining oversight of project governance, supporting delivery teams, and enabling strategic decision‑making through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities Project & Change Request Management

• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects in line with PMO standards.
• Coordinate and track project schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate project status meetings and prepare related documentation and dashboards.
• Manage the intake, assessment, and prioritization of IT change requests.
• Ensure that all project and change documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
