Job Description
As a key member of the HR team, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) by managing a range of HR matters within the designated business unit(s).
Key Responsibilities- HR Operations Support: respond to employee inquiries and provide advisory support on HR policies and procedures; coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes for faculty and research staff; manage administrative processes for contract renewals in coordination with stakeholders; ensure accuracy of HR data and support preparation of reports for decision-making; ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and institutional policies.
- Recruitment Administration: support endโtoโend recruitment processes for fullโtime and contingent roles; collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services to ensure timely hiring; liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor coordination.
