Job Description
We are looking for candidates from the QSR sector with prior experience in store hiring (Store Staff and Store Partners) along with hands-on experience in payroll.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Store Staff and Store Managers across retail stores — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires
Induction & Compliance
Plan and conduct structured employee induction programs for new joiners
Oversee uniform and ID badge distribution as part of the onboarding process
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and handle employee grievances promptly
Documentation & Audit
Draft and issue HR letters including show-cause notices, warning letters, and transfer letters
Track and ensure timely closure of audit observations through the audit management portal
HRMS & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee recor...
