Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Assistant Manager of HR Operations (Data Specialist, Payroll & Benefit) to join our team at PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our company's payroll, benefits, and data operations.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to all employees. End to end payroll including taxation report to Coretax
- Coordinate and maintain employee data, including personal information, leave records, and other HR-related data. Operate HRIS system ; Workday, HR Portal
- Collaborate with the HR team to administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures
