The opportunity

EY is looking for (AM/ Manager/ SM) in L&D to support our L&D team. Your key responsibilities Learning Need assessment & creating calendars
  • Assisting in Interacting with various stakeholders understanding the learning priorities for the year

  • Interacting with learning SPOCs and collating requirements

  • Assisting in providing solution to new requirements

  • Creating yearly/ quarterly calendars L&D budgeting & planning

  • Assisting in creating learning budget basis learning priorities and requirements Project manage learning initiatives/programs

  • Work back with for deployment to ensure smooth deployment per plan and monitor deployment to ensure timely escalations and troubleshooting in case of any challenges

  • Ensure timely creation of new courses on SuccessFactors (LMS)
