Role - Assistant Manager- Travel Operations

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilties-

• Issuing tickets as per the client's requirements.
• Manage all transactions related to non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance, all non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance.
• Ensure client SLA’s are met.
• Drive PLB carrier sales.
• Ensure all supports are uploaded to the iBook.
• Ensure Nil billing pendency.
• Extend support for submission by providing all correspondence mail.
• Handing personal bookings of clients.
• Coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings.
• Achieving Revenue and transaction targets as defined by the business.
• Coordinating & negotiating with hotels and suppliers.
• Sub activities related to transaction, including invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation.
