Job Description: Manager – Risk Management Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven professional to join our Risk Management team. The candidate will be responsible for developing monitoring tools, managing capital assessments, and translating raw data into actionable insights and the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards that drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Risk Monitoring & Performance Analytics Monitor and analyze critical portfolio performance metrics, including Entry Rates, Non-Starter Rates, Straight Flow Rates, PAR, Credit Cost/NCL, and Resolution Rates, to assess portfolio health and risk performance. Perform in-depth analysis of risk indicators, cohort performance, and emerging portfolio trends to identify insights and support timely decision-making.
