About the role: We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to lead growth for cult.fit's Events vertical. This manager-level role is structured around execution and strategy. You'll own the complete funnel and spend the majority of your time executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels, optimizing funnels based on data, and driving measurable ROI. Data proficiency is core to your success—you'll analyse performance daily, build dashboards, conduct funnel analysis, and use insights to drive optimization decisions. You'll develop city-specific GTM strategies, manage campaign budgets, and own registration metrics and attendance targets across events.
