Snapshot of the Role

The Finance Assistant Manager supports the Senior Finance Manager in overseeing the financial management of the ILF Division by ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, effective budgeting and forecasting, supporting budgeting and board paper processes and efficient finance operations across all ILF entities. The role assists in driving process improvements and ERP implementation readiness, provides functional guidance to site‑level finance staff, reviews and consolidates financial submissions across ILF entities and ensures standardisation of finance processes and reporting.
