Job Summary

To manage the liaison work related to Operations and process within Turn around time with 100% accuracy while assisting in coordination, facilitation, and promotion of operational risk, and implementation and management of operational risk within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a backup for staff on leave or in any contingency as per department’s backup schedule and contingency plans.
• Ensures that the department related Management Information System (MIS) is encrypted and stored in a secured shared folder, and removes unnecessary data from shared drives in a timely manner.
• Ensures that the Line Manager is updated on sources of errors and problems, including delays with completion of work, so that appropriate action can be taken.
• Ensures that all Operations files are kept in a secured environment and timely archived.
