Assistant Manager (Electrical Design & Engineering) Department: Design & Engineering Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Reporting To: D&E Head Job Objective Lead the Electrical Design & Engineering activities for MW-scale Ground Mounted Solar Power Plants, Rooftop Solar Power Plants, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Substation projects up to 220 kV. Key Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, and Installation teams to ensure client requirements and internal deadlines are met. Ensure timely delivery of engineering drawings and documents. Ensure engineering deliverables are aligned with project schedules. Perform accurate system sizing calculations. Execute designs in compliance with grid codes and permitting requirements. Manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously. Estimate and plan engineering man-hour requirements.
