We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager - eLearning tojoin our Onboarding team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Scope: Assistant Manager-eLearning designs, develops, and maintains high-quality eLearning content for the organization's LMS. This role involves creating online educational materials, aligning objectives with other training specialists, and managing online learning communities. Responsibilities include providing course statistics and feedback, experimenting with new delivery methodologies, maintaining best practices in instructional design, and troubleshooting technical issues.
