About the Role
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage daily operations and after-hours callouts.
- Oversee guest check-ins, reservations, and accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and maximizing revenue.
- Deliver top-tier guest service.
- Inspire and support the team.
- Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new guests.
