Supervise the day-to-day operations of the call center. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Establish performance goals and objectives for call center agents and monitor progress. Oversee daily operations of the call center and ensure that staff are meeting performance objectives. Develop and implement training programs for call center agents to maximize sales performance.
