Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them
  • Escalation management & problem solving with the ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively addressing the same
  • Learn & develop strong knowhow of our product features & functionalities
  • Plan, monitor, report product implementations for a given client
  • Identify risks and provide mitigation plans as part of product implementation
  • Drive & manage overall governance framework
  • Working closely with Sales, Support, Product & Regional / Country teams to ensure that customers are happy, engaged and achieving their desired outcomes
  • Payroll implementation background preferred.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Total and relevant years of experience - 1 to 3 yrs
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Must know English & Spanish)
