About the role
This role will be responsible for following NPI Sourcing- Steel, Copper, Plastics, EPS, Rubber, Motors, Valves, Accumulators, Hardware
Key Responsibilities
Supplier identification: Evaluate and onboard suppliers aligned with new product requirements.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align sourcing strategies with design intent.
Cost analysis: Conduct cost modeling, benchmarking, and negotiations to achieve target cost objectives.
Risk management: Identify supply chain risks early and develop mitigation plans.
Supplier performance: Monitor supplier quality, delivery, and compliance during prototype and pilot builds.
Contract management: Negotiate terms, agreements...
