We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Tim Hortons location. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the quick service industry and be driven to run a successful operation and achieve Tim Hortons brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management
- Ensuring product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
- Resolving guest issues and working with the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Recruitment, retention, and training of new team members
- Following up with Restaurant Manager, Operations Managers, and/or Restaurant Owner regarding profitability, Tim Hortons metrics, and audit performance
