Job Description
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am - 6pm
Working location: East Side
- Conduct thorough assessments of the condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems
- Oversee contractors, ensuring prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational delays and downtime.
- Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity of facilities management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
