Assistant Management Accountant / Cost Accountant Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath Company: Oliver Conroy Pallets Salary: €40,000 €47,000 DOE Hours: 40 hours per week Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: Fully Office-Based Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Supplier Management Daily processing and input of all purchase invoices, including pallet suppliers. Maintain accurate supplier records and account information. Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payment runs. Complete month-end supplier reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies in a timely manner. Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries and payment matters. Banking & Financial Administration Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate any variances. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
