Job Overview:
The Assistant Building Manager is responsible for in-unit and common area maintenance and repair
needs of the Association under the direction of the Building Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality checks on building mechanicals inclusive of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
- Maintain documents of inspections and related code compliance
- Provide oversight of contractors and ensure contractual fulfillment of services.
- Recommend, implement, and maintain quality controls for building systems and staff safety.
- Be current on mechanical, technical and management trends for optimizing efficiency of maintenance operational needs of the Association.
