Job Description
Position: Assistant Maintenance Coordinator
Location : Abu Dhabi
Salary: 3500-4000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Coordinator in planning and coordinating maintenance activities for the company's assets, including vehicles, equipment, and facilities
- Monitor and track maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and maintenance logs
- Conduct regular inspections of company assets to identify potential maintenance issues and address them promptly
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies
