This is a hands-on leadership role for a couple who bring genuine passion for hospitality, wildlife and guest service, and who want to help run a five-star operation in one of the country's top safari destinations. You'll support the Lodge Manager across every department, keeping standards high and guests happy from arrival to departure. Core Criteria: Previous experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment One partner should have experience in lodge operations, guest relations, front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, staff management, and administration/reporting The second partner should have experience in one or more of: safari guiding (FGASA advantageous), hospitality operations, food and beverage, maintenance, guest activities, or general lodge management Rooms division experience Practical ability with some maintenance experience Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management syst...
